When you contact the school, you will most likely be speaking to our Business Service Manager or one of our Teacher Aides. They will take and pass on messages — or in the case of an emergency — bring people to the phone for you.
We prefer that you try and contact the teaching Principal during out-of-class times, though we respect your right to make contact for emergencies or serious reasons.
Our teaching Principal is always willing and happy to meet parents and operates on an 'open door' policy. However, it is recommended that parents first telephone the school to make an appointment, to ensure the teaching Principal is available to meet with you.
If you have any problems or concerns, we prefer that you let us know promptly. Be assured that we are always willing to meet with you and discuss any concerns.

When your child is absent, please contact the school office on (07) 4950 7126 before 8.30am on the day of absence.
Alternatively, you may text your child's absence to the school on 0477 731 639 (Use students name, reason and date if notifying ahead of time).
